Felony Charges in Drive by Shooting in Meridian

Kendarius Earl Arrested and Charged

Earl is charged with the following:

*Felony Fleeing

*Aggravated assault and drive by shooting from an incident that occurred on February 28th in the area of 36th Ave and 18th Street. One individual suffered a gunshot wound to the neck.

*Shooting into a dwelling that also occurred on February 28th in the area of 300 45th Avenue.

Our Criminal investigation division stated that Earl could face more charges in the future as they continue their investigations.

There is no bond for Earl.
