Break-In at Maple's Country Store

Early this morning of July 10, four suspects made a break-in on Meridian's Country Store. In an attempt to kill the cameras, the suspects cut power to the business before breaking through the glass door entrance. The suspects stole an undetermined amount of cash from the register.

Along with this, the suspects stole many tobacco products including Swisher Sweets, Newport 100s, and Black & Milds.

In an attempt to find more cash on hand, the suspects broke into the store's management office, unsettling the door hinge.

Upon exiting, the suspects left a purple flashlight on the scene.
